أولًا: دورة مهارات الحصة النموذجية تخطيطًا وتنفيذًا
الهدف العام: تمكين المعلمين من تصميم وتنفيذ دروس تعليمية نموذجية تتوافق مع المعايير وتحقق نواتج تعلم عالية الجودة.
🧩 محاور الدورة:
- عناصر الحصة النموذجية وفقًا للمعايير
- خصائص البيئة الصفية الفعّالة
- تفعيل دور الطالب والمعلم في الحصة
- التخطيط الفعّال للدرس وتصميم الأهداف التعليمية الذكية (SMART)
- الربط بين الأهداف ومؤشرات الأداء
- تنفيذ استراتيجيات التدريس الحديثة: التعلم النشط، التفكير الناقد، التعلم القائم على المشاريع
- إدارة الصف وتحفيز الطلبة
- التقييم التكويني والبنائي وأثره في رفع التحصيل والتقدم
- استخدام أدوات وأساليب التقويم المستمر
- استخدام البيانات لتحسين التدريس
- التغذية الراجعة الفعالة: صفاتها وربطها بالتقدم الأكاديمي والتطور اللغوي

🔷 ثانيًا: دورة إعداد الخطة التشغيلية والتقييم الذاتي لقسمي اللغة العربية والتربية الإسلامية
الهدف العام: تأهيل رؤساء الأقسام لوضع خطط تشغيلية تطويرية فعالة وإجراء تقويم ذاتي يستند إلى المعايير ويقود إلى مخرجات متسقة.
🧩 محاور الدورة:
- مقدمة في الأطر التنظيمية للخطة التشغيلية: المفهوم والأهمية
- الفرق بين الخطة الاستراتيجية والتشغيلية
- عناصر الخطة التشغيلية: الأهداف، المؤشرات، الموارد، المسؤوليات، الجدول الزمني
- تحليل معايير الأداء للمواد المستهدفة (عربي وإسلامي)
- التركيز على نواتج التعلم في محاور التربية الإسلامية
- مهارات إعداد التقييم الذاتي: الأسئلة الجوهرية، استخدام الأدلة، دمج النتائج في الخطط
- ربط الخطة التشغيلية بالأجندة الوطنية والرخصة المهنية
